On the way to the holidays

ust because the construction holidays are behind us does not mean that the summer is already over, quite the contrary! There are still several beautiful weeks left to enjoy the sunshine and take a little vacation in Quebec with friends, couples or family!

In order to inspire you a little, we have decided to play the role of travel guides and offer you a few destinations that are definitely worth the detour. After all, when you manage a vast network of rental accommodations located throughout the province, you end up getting to know all the most beautiful spots!

A short tour of the Eastern Townships

If you’ve never admired lavender in bloom before, it’s high time you did! And that’s good because, this summer, access to Bleu Lavande’s website is free every day. So you can walk around the lavender grove, take as many pictures as you like, organize a picnic in the fields and even leave with some of the products from the boutique!

Then continue your exploration in Coaticook by tasting the famous ice cream of the same name at the dairy bar where it originated, then head off on an adventure at Gorge Park in the enchanted forest of Foresta Lumina, populated by fairies and fantastic creatures of all kinds.

By way of Charlevoix

Baie-Saint-Paul is without a doubt one of the most charming cities. With its many hiking trails, its superb mountains, its long sandy beach, its public market and its pedestrian street, it offers something for everyone!

On the Saguenay side

Blueberry season is in full swing; what better excuse to go for a little trip to the Saguenay? You can pick the region’s emblematic berry yourself, marvel at the beauty of the fjord, meet the whales and, why not, sleep in a huge dome at Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux (for a night under the stars in total comfort)!

On that note, happy holidays to all of you!
