75 minutes from Montreal, a beautiful chalet sleeping 8 people, situated in St-Alphonse-Rodriguez on the shores of Lac Vert (a navigable lake).

Ideal for families or groups of friends, you can enjoy an enchanting setting where a wide range of activities are available. The chalet is less than 5 minutes from Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, where you’ll find all the amenities you need, and about 15 minutes from Rawdon.

It’s a lovely spot whatever the season. In summer, thanks to its small beach, access to the lake is safe. There’s a gentle, sandy slope that’s ideal for children. Swimming, a floating jetty, rowing boat trips, pedalos, inflatable kayaks, walking… In winter, ice skating on the lake or at the village ice rink, sledging right next to the chalet or in the village, as well as downhill and cross-country skiing, are just a few examples of the activities available to you. Please note that, due to the risk of contamination from myriophyllum algae, only the boats provided by the chalet are permitted. Jet skis are prohibited.

The chalet has four bedrooms. There are five queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, where there is a full bathroom, which is convenient for guests with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, where there is another full bathroom, complete with a shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The chalet is clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. It is a cosy place and, whatever the season, the view is magnificent. It is a real pleasure to get together there with family or friends to relax and have a good time. Whatever the season, the scenery is truly beautiful and there is a wide range of activities on offer.

In summer, swimming in the lake is very enjoyable and access to the lake is easy. In autumn, when the leaves change colour, it’s particularly lovely for walking or simply relaxing.

In winter, you can go ice skating on the lake, where there are lovely trails. The Val St-Côme ski resort is nearby, as are various cross-country ski trails (off-piste cross-country skiing on the frozen lake is particularly enjoyable). There are numerous snowmobile trails in the vicinity.
Firewood is provided. There is a fireplace in the living room as well as an outdoor fire pit.
The chalet is situated directly opposite Lake Vert.
