You have PRIVATE access to the backyard and the INGROUND pool! It’s all just for you! You have the entire apartment all to yourselves! You don’t share any common areas.

You have private access to the backyard, the pool, and the barbecue. The apartment is exclusively for you; you do not share any spaces. You are responsible for maintaining the pool during your stay; a hose and a bucket are available for your use. During the swimming season only (June through mid-September, depending on the weather—please inquire).
